The main lawyer of the office is a member of the Lawyers Bar of Arges, in accordance with Law number 51/1994* and can put conclusions at any justice court, including the Romanian High Court of Cassation and Justice, and also at the Constitutional Court or any other administrative agency with jurisdictional responsabilities.
* Only laweyers members of lawyer bars created in accordance with Law number 51/1994 may execute the lawyer profession.
